-Fresh water supply : Uyen Hung water plant, capacity of 12000m³/day.

-Good drainage systems.

-Waste water treatment plant : 8,000 m³/day.

6.1-Management Area (16 ha) :
-Includes : Bank, Custom, Fire-brigade, Show Rooms, Canteen, Restaurance, Shop and Apartments for foreigners.

-Beside that, We will invest and build the residential area : 58.5 ha to provide 10,000 residential labours. And In addition to that the park will also offer various recreation and sports facilities for workers and expatriates alike. Facilities such as multi-purpose courts for basketball, tennis, volleyball, and badminton, indoor games halls, and TV rooms available for the exclusive use of the industrial park.

6.2-Facilities for Industrial Production :
-Firms, factories and enterprises inside NTC are reasonably devided into functional plots depending on scopes of production.
